2. Description of Service

Audit Armour is a monthly membership service that provides access to audit support and representation resources if a tax audit occurs.

Audit Armour is:

Not insurance

Not tax preparation

Not a guarantee of audit outcomes

We do not guarantee that an audit will occur, that an audit will be resolved favorably, or that any specific outcome will be achieved.

3. Eligibility

You must:

Be at least 18 years old

Be a resident of the United States

Provide accurate and complete information

4. Membership & Billing

Membership is billed monthly

Payments are processed via Stripe

Billing occurs automatically each month until canceled

There is no free trial

You authorize Audit Armour to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time with at least 30 days’ notice.

Cancellation prevents future billing after the notice period

Membership benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period

No partial-month or prorated refunds are provided

This policy supports affiliate and referral tracking integrity and operational planning.

6. Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable.

Audit Armour membership fees are paid in exchange for access to audit protection resources during the active membership period, regardless of whether an audit occurs.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information

Maintain current contact and billing information

Use services lawfully and ethically

Not misuse, resell, or abuse the membership

8. Communications & Consent (SMS / Phone)

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Audit Armour, including service updates and account-related communications.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications

Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audit Armour shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Losses resulting from audits, penalties, interest, or tax assessments

Decisions made by taxing authorities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. No Professional Guarantees

Audit Armour provides access to audit support resources but does not provide legal or tax advice unless expressly stated. You remain responsible for your tax positions and filings.

11. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Oklahoma.

You waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of services.
